"The Golden Weight" 2012 Award to be bestowed

The Prague Proms Jury of Awards annually bestows "The Golden Weight" Award upon outstanding - not merely classical music - artists.

The Jury of Awards has already announced this year's recipient of the beautiful weight. It will be an American trumpet player and composer Nicholas Payton. At the Opening Concert of Prague Proms Festival 2012 Nicholas will premiere his composition dedicated to the festival and the CNSO.
